I would just like to take the opportunity to say what a pleasure it was doing business with Kelsie from Master’s Shipping Containers. Buying a shipping container is a large investment unseen, so I was a little nervous. The container is in great shape. Inside looks like new and the driver was very nice. He tried his best to drop the container where we wanted it in our back yard but the sugar sand made it impossible. This was no fault of the drivers. When in need of another container we will definitely call Masters Shipping Containers LLC again. We recommend this company to anyone.

The shipping container came the following week and was in pristine condition, Kelsie was very helpful and she was able to do us a good deal on a 20ft side door container (brand new/ once used). At vacuum and pressure, we are very happy with the container. We specialize in industrial vacuum pump repairs, spares, and hire along with service work, this means that we have over 150 pumps on the shelf, and some of the more uncommon ones are held in the container to ensure that we have room on the shelf for much more common. We stock them as the more unusual pumps tend to have the most impact on a company if they go down but as you can imagine that isn’t the most common occurrence, so having the container allows us to ensure we can suit all our customers, from the food industry to plastics to hospitals and much more.

The second-hand shipping container market is beset with cowboys and scammers but I found Masters Shipping Containers dead straight. Their representative, Kelsie, led me through the process and was keen to ensure I got exactly the product I wanted. There were some potential access problems which Kelsie sorted out. A word of praise also for the delivery guy, Ollie, who ensured the container was exactly level as it was put in place.

I purchased a 20ft container from you couple of years ago. I am interested in a 40 foot container with access at one end and a door near that end & a window midway. We have had 3 containers now from David and each and every time everything has been entirely satisfactory. The delivery driver was extremely helpful, helping us getting the container level etc.
We purchased a 20ft one-trip container, ply lined with insulation from David Sparrow at Masters shipping containers. With so many companies offering this service I gained several quotes to compare. David was excellent throughout offering sound advice with no pressure or ‘sales patter’. David sent over several documents that clarified the options available with images, plans, and specifications. This was very helpful in making my decision to go with Masters shipping containers as I knew what I was purchasing. Other companies were light on details and when questioned details and pictures of the container differed.
I went for ply lined and couldn’t beat the price for this extra including the insulation even if our labour as free. They buy in bulk so this saving was very welcome where the price of wood has rocketed.
Delivery was easy. David checked my access with the haulage company and organized everything with ease leaving me to run my business and not worry about a thing. Thank you David!
I received my container yesterday. I just wanted to let you guys know that I am very pleased with the container and your services. The container meets my expectations and your driver worked with me on maneuvering around an obstacle that was in the way. He placed the container right where I needed it. I had been looking for a container for a couple months locally. I found several for good prices but the problem was moving a 40′ container. Everyone in my area with a landoll trailer wanted $500-$700 to move it. So, that’s why I went with you. I just figured I’d give you some feed back. Your prices and service are excellent and with delivery included you’ll be the first people I call if I ever need another container!
his is the second container we have purchased from Masters shipping containers. The first making such perfect storage at our primary school that we purchased another. If you need secure storage talk to Kelsie, who is most helpful and thoroughly pleasant. We really tested the driver this time with the spot we wanted it placed, but with the skill of a surgeon and the patience of a saint he precisely placed it on the preferred spot.

We found the site via Internet searches when looking for a secure outside store for library furniture. The site provided lots of information and so we contacted the company. Kelsie handled our order and was extremely helpful throughout, keeping us informed of any shipping delays (caused by Covid – we chose a bad time to be ordering items which needed shipping!) and quickly letting us make a lst-minute addition to our order. The shipment arrived on time and the delivery driver was extremely helpful in positioning the drop to minimise work on our part. Construction was straightforward and even three quite elderly gentlemen managed it in about 2 hours! We are now looking forward to filling it with our new chairs!

I bought the first secondhand 20 ft container from Masters Shipping Containers 6 years ago and it’s still watertight and in top condition. Just had another delivered. It was on time, when scheduled and as described. A skilled driver put the container where I wanted it without any fuss and made sure everything was just right. Finally he checked that the doors operated properly before he left. From beginning to end an excellent reliable service. Kelsie and the team were at the end of the phone with professional friendly advice, updates and delivery info. Even a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the container. I just wish all the other companies I deal with could operate like this!
